If I should ever meet you here on Earth;
I'd thank the heavens above in rebirth.
If I should ever feel your smile on me;
I'd give you one back so graciously.
If I should ever dream of your tender touch;
I'd be so ecstatic because I miss you so much.
If I should ever hear the sound of your voice;
I'd come running, as my heart leaves me no choice.
If I should ever write you, I'd scribe your glory;
And how I'll always believe in our wonderful story.
If I should ever be brave enough to look into your eyes,
It would take away the pain from all our soulful goodbyes.
